Inspect the pallet and products on receipt, before unpacking or returning anything to the store. If you see damage or have questions, contact CASTICO Customer Care at (844) 364-2502 or contact@castico-tx.com.
Unpacking the pallet
- Remove the stretch wrap. Take the stretch wrap off the pallet and keep the packing slip.
- Cut the black straps. Locate and cut the three (3) black straps securing the first box.
- Cut the white strap. Locate and cut the one (1) white strap to release the second box on the opposite side.
- Remove the retaining boards. Use appropriate tools to pry off the three (3) retaining boards and remove the final box.
Handling and storage
- Stack flat. Stack all boxes flat, from the widest and largest to the smallest. Store them flat on the floor or in the back of a truck.
- Do not lean at an angle. Do not lean or store panels at an angle. Keep them vertical or properly supported.
- Carry vertically. Always carry and transport pieces on their edge (vertically) rather than flat, to avoid center sag and stress fractures. Use a two-person team at minimum.
