THIN-SET
Thin-set must be polymer modified and rated for large format tile. Both properties are required — a product that meets only one will not perform correctly with our panels.

When to use thin-set instead of adhesive: if a panel has a slight bow within tolerance, use thin-set rather than construction adhesive for that piece. Thin-set fills the space behind the bow; adhesive will not.
For a base set over a subfloor that is not level, use shims and thin-set to create a level bed.
ADHESIVE
Generally recommend using: 2 tubes per base and 1 tube per wall panel.
