BASES
ISSUE: Superficial scratches = Touch up Kit Touch Up Kit for Shower Base - CASTICO
ISSUE: Significant Scratching = Advise to buff out with 3m polish compound #06064 or Aquabuff 2000 to minimize scratches will not remove all as bases are meant be covered and protected during installation of walls or tiling. After buffing recommend customer seal the base with the Miracle Sealants 511 Waterbase Impregnator Sealer to help prevent any more damage to the base.

Base damage that is recommended to replace but if customer would rather not then customer can try creating a 1/8 groove before applying bondo and applying touch up paint to finish.
Base damage that is not repairable
PANELS
ISSUE: Drilled Holes in panels (ex. prev. door installation) fill with silicone and recommend touch up kit minus texture when color is compatible

ISSUE: Walls not sticking even after being braced and dried for the required time
Look for:
No back buttering evident in images
Thinset pattern showing insufficient contact between wall and thinset
Improper bracing
Possible issues to troubleshoot:
- confirm customer is using correct products (thinset/adhesive, trowel size)
-confirm thinset used is mixed properly
-confirm thinset is not drying too quickly before the walls are installed/recommend working in smaller sections to avoid this happening
-ensure there is proper bracing (use ex. image if needed see below)
Advise:
-To ensure the panel has been back buttered in addition to applying sufficient thinset/adhesive to the walls
-To attempt reinstalling panels after troubleshooting has been done by lightly sanding the back of our product before reinstalling to assist in adhesion
-Proper bracing at both top and bottom of panel and preferably in the middle if possible. Sent Image of proper bracing below if necessary
-If customer believes the wall is warped after all trouble shooting is done. Request customer send in images (using ex. below) of the panel to attempt to submit for review to confirm
