Overview
Lead times are the estimated number of days between an order being placed and its shipment date (Required Date).
Example: Order is placed on 01/07/2025 with a lead time of 2 days. The item will ship by 01/09/2025
Lead times are determined based on the Customer ID and order type. Use the following table when providing lead times.
Lead Times
- Orders may ship before the listed Required Date based on availability and shipping method.
- B2B required dates may also be adjusted based on special requests
