Warranty Coverage
Our warranty applies to all Castico and UpHome branded products designed for residential use. We guarantee that these products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the duration of the original buyer’s ownership. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser or end-user who buys directly from Castico or an authorized retailer.
What Our Warranty Covers
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty includes:
- Free replacement or repair for any product found defective in materials or workmanship.
- Free shipping for replacement parts directly to your home within the continental U.S. or Canada.
Examples of covered issues may include, but are not limited to:
- Concealed damage incurred during shipping
- Missing or incorrect items
- Bowing exceeding 1/8"
- Color variations not part of the original design
- Misaligned designs or patterns exceeding 1/16"

Warranty Limitations
Please note the following limitations:
- Warranty coverage is limited to the original buyer and is not transferable to subsequent owners.
- This warranty is only valid for new products purchased through official Castico sales channels or authorized dealers. It does not apply to used items, open-box merchandise, floor models, or products purchased from third-party resellers or unauthorized retailers.
- We reserve the right to determine whether to repair or replace a qualifying item at our discretion.
- The warranty does not cover accidental damage, issues arising from improper installation, unauthorized repairs, misuse, or improper handling and storage.
What Does "Lifetime" Mean?
The term "Lifetime" refers to the duration of the original user's ownership of the product. Our warranty ensures that your Castico and UpHome products are free from defects for as long as you own them.
