Overview
Since CASTICO ships to the continental United States and Canada only, customers outside our shipping area may use forwarding delivery services to receive our products at their destination. Use this page to provide information to customers who will use a forwarding service for delivery.
What is a Package Forwarding Service
A forwarding delivery service is a third-party logistics solution that receives packages on behalf of a customer and then ships them to a different address, often internationally.
How Does it Work
When customers use a packaging forwarding service, the service provides a local address where the package can be delivered, and once received, it is processed, consolidated (if needed), and forwarded to the customer’s final destination.
Guidelines
- We do not proactively offer package forwarding services.
- CASTICO does not partner, refer, or recommend packaging forwarding service companies or carriers.
- Customers are responsible for any forwarding fees, customs duties, and additional shipping costs.
- CASTICO warrants delivery condition to the first point of delivery (forwarding service company).
- Any damages incurred during transit to the first delivery location must be reported immediately.
