What is a Warranty Claim?

If a CASTICO or UPHOME product under warranty is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, you may file a Warranty Claim for a free replacement or repair kit.  

 

How do I file a Warranty Claim?

If you believe your product may have a defect and would like to request a repair kit or replacement of the item, you may provide the following information:

  1.  Copy of your purchase receipt or online order number
  2. Warranty Issue Identified
  3. Photos displaying the warranty issue (Including a view of measurements over tolerance levels)
  4. Item that is experiencing the issue (EX: "Wall Panel A" or "Drain Plate")
  5. Any additional information or photos that can help support the claim

You may submit this information by completing a Warranty Submission Form or you can email it to our Customer Care team at Contact@Castico-TX.com.


What happens after I file a warranty claim?

Our goal is to have each submission reviewed and approved within 1 business day from complete submission. 

Once your warranty claim is received, our Quality team will review the submission and photos to determine approval. If additional information or photos are required to help approve your claim, our Customer Care team will reach out to you at the contact information provided. 

Once your claim is approved, we will send a replacement or repair kit directly to you at no cost for product or shipping.
